Since you don't mention the year of the truck or whether the hubs are original, we don't have enough information. Original equipment wheel studs were 7/16-20. and would be torqued to 55-60 ft/lbs. A 12/-20 stud which is common on later model vehicles would get 90-100 ft/lbs. These are general rule of thumb specifications. Special circumstances like alloy wheels and different lengths of thread engagement on specialty lug nuts also should be considered.
