I'm pretty sure there were two-tone combinations for the 54-55.1 series. You can no doubt find exactly what your looking for and color schemes at the GM Heritage site.

Here is a bulletin that better spells out two tone colors. Bombay Ivory was a 55 color although it shows up in the updated pages of the sales data book. Shell white or pure white was correct for 54.
Where I grew up, the GM dealership would commonly add white or light tan as a top color...mostly to try to help keep the cabs cooler in summer. They did this all the way up until 1963 or so...whenever A/C became available. There was one truck in town that was red with a light tan (beige?) top that looked really nice and a dark blue one with a white top I always liked.
