Mike,

A quick search of the web showed lots of results. The following link (NOT a company I have used or have any association with) might be what you are looking for at what appears to be a very reasonable price.

https://www.crafteccovers.com/1960-66-Chevy-C10-Series-8-Long-Bed_p_120.html

Their "About Us" lo\ink indicates they are located in Texas.

Could be others know of them or have other resources that are available. Am sure they will chime in as they can.

Good luck in your search. thumbs_up

Mike,

"tonneau cover for my 64 longbed c10" is what I entered in my search engines (tried both "duckduckgo" and "google").

I did see the following under "duckduckgo" search that specifies it is a "roll up style" (click on the "Download Installation Guide" link to see detailed installation instructions which includes a picture of the cover in the rolled up position):

https://truck-hero.com/extang-black-max-truck-bed-cover/1964/chevrolet/c10-pickup

Should be noted that this website appears to be a supplier to resellers, no customer direct ordering that I could see.

Further searching resulted in (drum roll please):

https://www.ffcustoms.com/p-57769-extang-blackmax-tonneau-cover.aspx

Says this product will specifically fit your 64 8' bed.

This is a Canadian company located in Ontario which site says ships FREE also to USA. The product listed is the same "roll-up" cover unit in the "truck-hero" site above. Price, at less than $400 Canadian seems to be very reasonable.

Hope this is of some help in your search.

If you don't mind and happen to use this vendor, please post about your experience and the product as it could be helpful to others in our community.

Good luck and let me know if I can be of any more help. wave

craftec seems to be the only one i could get in white , i just would prefer the roll up style because to access behind the cab you just pop a couple snaps craftec you have to drop tailgate to get to latch . My chevy is blue with white top so a white one would just go better with the truck . thank you all for your help , if anyone stumbles across a white one please let me know .

Mike,

If you have to have white, maybe it would be a consideration to get the black roll up unit, then take just the fabric cover to a local upholstery shop (or boat shop as they often make custom canvas covers) and have them replicate the cover in white???

The new white cover should hide the black frame and attachment rails to maybe give you the look you want.

No idea where your "budget" is on this, but maybe a viable option.

Will also keep a look out. Good luck in your quest. thumbs_up

If got one stashed away but it is for a SWB.

Not trying to sell. Will look to see if manufacturer is still around, bought it in 1987.

Good luck. Tried that with my 65, cover from a 90s truck, same thing ,had to add material, ended up being a disaster. I will most likely end up taking it to a custom shop for a bed cover, two to three times what one should cost.

I had the cover made at an upholstery shop. I made oak boards fit in the stake pockets the I use oak for the side rails. The shop made the cover with snaps all around. I did have them extend the cover slightly lower than the boards and after 14 years and 20 thousand miles still ok. I do garage it when off the road. Picture in the gallery.Here.

Ok so i found some 8 foot side rails and then had to source the end pieces which i did . All the later model snap covers are narrow at one end so i ended up splicing the bows for the mid supports and they came out pretty sturdy so i am sure they will support the cover when i get it made which should be the easy part , i ended up spending a couple hundred bucks for all the snap rails (i found 2 old kits on ebay) so now gotta get the cover made and finally be done ! Thanks to all that replied and helped .When its done ill get a pic or two up of the finished product
