The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Big Bolts Just ordered heater parts...

I've been slammed for months at work...often working 70+ hours per week . Things are finally slowing down and I just ordered a new heater motor, fan and gasket set from Chevy Duty to complete the restoration of the heater assembly in my 1964 Chevy C60 . The housing has already been media blasted and painted...but once the new goodies arrive I'll be photo documenting the assembly. This is a pretty easy assembly...but most know how I love to detail such activities for my web site.

I miss working on my web and I've wanted to for months, but with work, my wife, playing taxi for my 2 teenage kids (that I just love more than anything; they are great kids) and life itself I haven't had time for anything. Soooo...once the new parts come in it'll be time for some tools, the digital camera and some creative html for the web site !!!

Hey Burgie would that be the air flow heater or the recirculating in cab heater??

My 61-c60 has the air flow or option heater and my 60-c60 parts truck has a recirculating heater.

I have been debating on taking the air flow off the firewall and using the in cab recirculating heater so I will have a cleaner look to the firewall.

What is your thoughts on that?
