Good morning, this is my first posting on your site and firstly thank you for accepting my request.

My neighbor Barry has a 1954 Chevrolet farm truck with a Timken 2 speed diff and although its still working, is showing signs of age cracking on the diaphram.
Its a Timken with the diaphram measuring 7 inches in diameter, a 3 inch hole in the center for the two pressed metal actuator plates and from the side a 1 inch step up for the in/out movement.
To this point l have been tasked with locating a new replacement, with little to no success.

Anyone here knw where l can direct Barry to for his purchase?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Cheers

Hy DAVE_AUSTRALIA, welcome, the original part number for the diaphragm was 3847058 maybe a search of Ebay might turn one up, good luck.
