Has anyone used one of the new exhaust manifolds being sold for the 230-250-292's? I see them from $225 and up. Mine has wrapped enough that it won't seal the inner ports. I had it off for awhile and now it won't seal back up. Looking down the row of ports it's shaped somewhat like a banana, no machine is going to fix it.

Joe H Better look at the head, they warp like a chunk of firewood and sometimes have to be cut on the manifold side too.

Remember to finally tighten the inter manifold bolts after head bolts are tightened!

Head is OK, manifold not so much. It wasn't the best when I put it on years ago, I found a GM manifold a friend had, it cleaned up and sealed right up. I'am back on the road in peace and quite once again.
