I was looking at a GMC COE today has no title was trying to figure out the vin # info.

Vin FF354 2944

Any help with this would be great.

Let's see if I can get this correct:

F = 1947
F = Cab Over Engine
35 = 350 Series
4 = Wheelbase 179"
2944 = Regular production series

Does the truck look like the picture?

Close, but using the same web page I'd make it a 1948 because 2994 is between 1054 and 3051 which were the numbers used in '48.

'57 GMC 102, Original 347 V8, HydraMatic, 3.08 rear gear, added A/C, disk front brakes, HEI, AFB carb, '98 Honda Black Currant paint. T-boned and totaled 10/12
'52 GMC 152 Stake Bed, Original 228, SM420, added A/C, HEI, disk front brakes, '67 Chev 3.55 rear gear. Gets used as a real truck.

miller ashland Great looking truck,hope you have wheels and rubber with it,because that will be a big expense to get started if you don't. Sort of hinges on overall condition of the whole truck. If it's on rubber and running would help a lot !!
