I’m located in the Anderson, Tx area. I’m northwest of Houston about 13 miles east of College Station. I’m enjoying the web site. Lots of good folks and help. If any of the guy want meet in east Texas let me know.

Hopefully we can do a cruise and get together somewhere in between Houston and San Antonio for lunch.

There is a really good mexican food restaurant in Columbus, it's about half way between HOU and SAT. It's on the main street a block south of I-10.

I’m getting the engine replaced in my 46. When it’s done I will need to make sure all is ok and will be ready to try for the cruise.

Great! What engine are you pulling, and what are you putting in?

The engine that is coming out is a worn out Chevy 350. A guy had purchased a GM Vortex 350, had a Comp cam and bee hive springs and decided he needed the money. It is a new 4 bolt main block. He had a new Edelbrock Endurance Shine manifold. I just got my Mustang ll front end on the truck with 11” Chevy disc on the front. I’m trying to make a driver.

I drove mine to work 3-4 times a week with my 216 in it and a straight axle.
