I'm missing the lever that the E-brake cable attaches to.The lever is the part that spreads the shoes apart to manually activate the emergency brake. Does anyone know of a place to find these parts?
My truck is a 1953 3600 3/4 ton Chevy. Bendix brakes.

A few years ago I came across a box of 1969 Chevy pickup brake parts. There were almost enough pieces to turn my parking brakes into the later self-adjusting type, but not quite.

The same design Bendix brakes were used up into the '70s. So a trip to a wrecking yard should score you the parts you need.

I have looked online up to a 72 C-20 chevy truck E brake parts to no end. Next up, the junk yard.
