Mine is worn ( the hole shows sign of exhaust leak) but working and I’d like to keep it from seizing. I take it a slurry was made from these two and shot onto the valve shaft?
Also have seen a suggestion to use graphite. I have Loc-Ease with graphite that might be an answer.
Just looking for what others may have done to service the valve.

It's a mixture of atomized aluminum and high temperature grease. I've used it to keep the 3-piece exhaust manifolds on Cummins Diesel engines from rusting together.
