Hello all and Happy 4th of July.
61' Apache 10 - 235 cubic inch engine with a 4-speed manual.

Does anyone know the bolt size to mount the slave cylinder to the bell housing? I seem to have misplaced these.

I mounted my rebuilt 4 speed to the bell housing yesterday (talk about dead weight!)
Should the clutch fork be able to move at this point?

Thanks in advance. GPK1961

With the trans installed the clutch fork and throw out bearing should rattle around a little with the linkage not connected.

If you're trying to disengage to clutch using the fork, that takes leg power or a pry bar as most of us are not be strong enough push or pull the fork by hand.

Thanks, Mike B -- I thought it would be tight against the clutch assembly. Now on to the hydraulics!
