which size must have the screws which you need to fix the engine hood at a Chevy 3600?

Which screws are you referring to? Hinge to hood? If so, they are shoulder bolts and are 5/16-24. Here’s a link to where you can buy them. Not sure Classic Parts ships overseas but at least you will get an idea of what they look like.
