It looks like one of the horns from a 37 Chevy car.

What does the relay switch box show for identification? If Chevrolet, it should have a stamp saying “DelcoRemy, I think. My guess is the horn is half of the set of town and country horns, but the brackets seem to be different than I’ve seen before.

Maybe Tiny will chime in on this. I think I recall his ‘38 has a set of T&C horns?

I had that very horn in my 1953 panel, can't recall what brand it was but it worked good.

I don't know if the actual horns were used on more than one application but the bracket rules out the 37-38 accessory car horns.

I used the 6 volt horns on my ‘53 GMC on 12 volts, never had a problem.

'37 GMC T-18 w/ DD 4-53T, RTO-610, 6231 aux., '95 GMC running gear, full disc brakes, power steering, 22.5 wheels and tires.
'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.
