The heads and block were easy but the crank is difficult. Does anyone know of a source that could help me ID this thing? I've tried all the internet sources I think.
Chevy SB V8 crank #14088528. It was out of a newer motor (87-95 #14093638).

If you are trying to figure out if its a cast or forged crank, you can look at the parting line where it was formed.
One has a narrow parting line, and the other has a much wider parting line where the crank's mold came together. Hope somebody can remember which is which.
