does anyone have a pic of there spring to hard bent hook where it attaches to the frame plate?
second question on rear brake line does it go above the ebrake pivot bracket or thru the bracket

That second pic you posted is correct for the brake line routing. At least that's the way mine was.
BTW, that bracket has nothing to do with the parking brake cross-shaft, it's a frame/crossmember bracket. You'll notice the cross-shaft doesn't even touch it.

thanks for the brake line info. I was trying to understand where the spring and rod should connect on that crossmember bracket.

thanks Brad, I guess the repo part is slightly different. I just placed it on one of the crossmember bolts but was trying to understand where it really should connect

There is a hole in that frame plate where the spring hooks. The rod is also different with attaching tab being solid with a small hole in it.
