Doing a Belly Button 50 3100 for a customer who wanted a sort of factory look steelie wheels. SBC. MII IFS, Turbo 350, Trailblazer rear, the usual. For me the only thing it has going for it is an unbutchered firewall, pristine dash, and a THREE WINDOW cab. The wheels are made by US Mag and sold by Summit. With the Trailblazer calipers being an unknown we got 17 inch wheels for a safety margin.

Dual Chevy 4.75" and 4.5" Ford/Chrysler bolt patterns:

Looks good in fender opening:

Chassis parts in place, now for a trip to the beauty shop for a face lift:

Too bad the front springs are worn out!

Yeah Jerry,
You call it the "Potato Digger" look and we call it the "MII Syndrome" but the street rod magazines call it a "Wonderful Rake". Go figure.

Ever seen a coon dog that gets a snootful of skunk spray? He's going to plow a furrow a hundred yards long with his nose! That's what those droopy-nosed pickups bring to mind every time I see one!
LOL!
