I've never seen this body style before. Is it a rare factory model, or did someone add a panel truck rear onto a truck chassis?

Looking at the first picture it looks like it was homemade. But the last picture looks ok.

Motor Trend's Trucks of the 2018 Woodward Dream Cruise says it is a one-off custom made truck,- not original. Nice work anyway!

The wheelbase is the giveaway- - - - -that thing's longer than any factory 8-lug suspension truck, even the cab & chassis models that got fitted with flatbeds or other specialty bodies. I'll bet an inspection of the frame would reveal that it's been stretched. It's a professional-looking job, however!
