Just fill the bag, zip it up, and snip the corner and feed it into the fill hole.

I just left the container in the sun for half an hour ( although it is the middle of summer in this neck of the woods) . You could put the container in a bucket of hot water. That should make it flow a bit better. I filled mine with a small funnel in the top of the steering box and a length of wire coathanger to agitate down the spout of the funnel. Worked fine.

The new ones have a pop-up spout that you just pull-up on. Put the spout into the steering box and squeeze. Very easy to use. Sorry this doesn't help your situation, but I thought I let future buyers know that it's easier than it use to be.
