I have an EZ wiring harness installed and rebuilt Sears Roebuck signal light switch
Never able to get the signal lights to work or even the flasher to click
Un related swap to Octane LED taillights and LED flasher
Same symptoms, no blinking at the lights or clicking of the flasher
Measured 12v at the main coming of the harness to the signal light switch and 12v at each direction, left and right at the switch, when switched
When I meter the voltage, the flasher clicks, but the lights don’t blink
The signal light switch is an old four wire; main, left, right and light bulb
I added a ground wire to the body; no change

I followed the EZwiring kit schematic, along with the original wiring schematic

Sometimes, the flasher relay has to have the correct load. Especially with LEDs.

Check to see if you are getting volts to the bulb sockets if so check grounds. Bad grounds are the most common problem with lighting issues, and the way you discribe it, it does sound like that is most likely your issue.
