Can somebody confirm to me the centerline horizontal hole dimension of the 2 heater hose holes in the right hand side of the firewall. I rebuilt that corner of the cab. Still have the innermost hole to reference off of but need to put in the outermost hole.
The actual heater port centerline dimension is 1-13/16" but laying in my mangled old cab sheet metal with that needed hole the spacing seems to be wider than that. 1951 Chevy 1/2 ton.
Thank you in advance!

2-1/2" center to center from the inboard hole. 4-3/4 below the lower hood hinge bolt hole. The outboard hole is slightly (maybe 1/8") above the inboard hole.

If you're smart enough to take it apart, you darn well better be smart enough to put it back together.

You're very welcome. We look to be at about the same point in restoration.
Glad I could help you out.
