Hello All,
I'm new to here and had a question about my 53 Chevy pickup that I'm rebuilding, I'm putting my parts back on and working on the clutch/brake pedal assembly.
I'm not sure what this part is called but it's the 2 large washer like spring holders, front & back and also the spring and retaining clip that holds all of this on the clutch and brake pedal on the shaft.
I may be calling it the wring thing when I search but does anyone know what this part is called and who sells them?

Section 5, Sheet 2.00 of the 1947-1954 Factory Assembly Manual identify those parts as follows:
Inner Retainer - 3683046, Spring - 3683045, Outer Retainer - 3683047, Pin Lock - 359380.
The pin lock can be obtained from Classic Parts of America ( www.classicparts.com ). They call it a "Huck Brake Anchor Pin Lock Clip 36-52, Item: 71-514, price $1.99
I don't know where you can get the other parts since I re-used mine.

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but would anyone on the forum have the used parts that Charlie described ?

bob53 - the parts you are looking for will likely have to come from a "donor" truck or maybe you should post those parts in the parts wanted forum if you have not already done so. If you wish, you could contact RPM Classic parts in Albert Lea, MN 888-223-1864 or Mother Trucker Trucks in Tuscon Arizona 520-235-2659 / 520-570-4824 . You could contact Ken Neel in Oklahoma at 918-605-2248, and there's Jerrys Used Parts 816-833-4414 . Also google Mongo's Garage and check with them as well. Hopefully you can find the parts you need.
