With a stock 235 with fentons a two barrel or dual singles, a t-5 (or 200r4), and 3:55 gears, how much speed can I realisticly expect? I want a driver which will be used frequently on the interstate.

And that's buzzing the tach at about 3800 rpm on my 235.
With 3.55 gears, suffice it to say, you should be able to keep up with traffic...on a long straightaway or slight decline.
(235's are very weak motors).

More than you truck can safely handle, even with brakes, shocks, steering and suspension repairs.
