|Hi there group I have finally found some info on the Loadmaster decals for trucks from 50-62 Hope I can down load the pictures of what I found and create in paint, to copy, what I see on the engines in the pics
Looks like my ‘57 261 is going to be yellow! Cool!
1970 Chevrolet C10 Grandpa's -- My first truck -- In progress to shiny Follow the build in the Project Journal 1950 Chevrolet 1-Ton Dually "Ole Red Girl" In the Stovebolt Gallery More pictures here 1951 GMC 9430 1 ton dually--Shiny! | 1972 Chevrolet C20- Rusty- the puzzle box lid for the C10 | 1962 AMC Rambler American- my wife's Parts trucks- 1951 GMC 9300 | 1951-GMC 9430 | 1951- Chevrolet 1300
JC's example also shows a decal on the valve cover.
Chevrolet's 1959 truck brochure shows the coil with lead-side-up. However, that same illustration (not a photo) shows no engine size/name decal/word on the coil side of the valve cover.
On the right hand side of the page you will see a down arrow with a line under it, clicking on that should allow you to download the photo of your choosing by a size option (jpeg format).
The pics can not be down loaded because but is written there, ( Download The owner has disabled downloading of their photos ) I hope you can change the setting, thanks Gerry
