Thinking I was going to add a/c to my 37 I had a 4 row core radiator built and that might be causing some of the fan clearance issues so are there anyone making a radiator for a 37,since it has to come apart to change the engine now is the time to replace.

It did have a leak in the lower right corner, AFCO told me there is no repairing this type of radiator. I ended up using epoxy to seal the seeping coolant, I am going on year number two since repairing it. The tubes are basically glued into the headers, so no welding can be done on them. Maybe mine is an early version and the more costly ones are fully welded, I believe mine was in the $275 range when I got it.
The really cheap ones on E-bay are glued together, you might want to stay away from them. Since adding A/C to my truck, I didn't see a lot heat going into the radiator. The new systems are really efficient and don't over tax the cooling systems like the old R12 system did. Mine will idle about 750 with A/C on all day with only a 10* rise in temp ( per '37 temp gauge ), and out on the road it still runs at thermostat temp. I do run a 17" stainless steel flex fan with a shroud, but there isn't much of the core the fan doesn't cover so not sure the shroud was really needed. My radiator is moved forward quite a bit due to the longer 250 in. engine, it's also dropped down due to the lower water pump location. The fan is still only 3/4" or so from the core and the A/C condenser is about 3/4" from the core on the front side.
