i have a 1952 gmc with 15 inche split rims , tres are 700/15. i would love to keep a narrow tire as these are but get rid of split rim. does anyone know where i could start to look to find rims. thankyou for you have,

Have you looked at either of these? Not sure if Artillery rims are correct on an AD. They likely have others in the same size and bolt pattern.

Six studs? You sure that it is not a 1/2 ton long box? GMC did make such an animal. A 3/4 ton would have 8 lugs.

A 1952 GMC 3/4 ton might be a different animal from a USA 3/4 ton GMC?

If it is a Canadian truck, probably engine SN, aft of distributor, does not start with displacement.

'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.

can thank you all for your replys and will answer you all afetr this not.my truck is all original did i blew motor its a usa truck bought in las angeles by my uncle in 1952. its a 228 motor 102-22c. all i know its a long box andlong drive shaft with double ball joint and extra leaf set at rear. i was late replying because of christmas hope you all had a good time.

so solved 102 is half ton 22 is 228 motor thankyou tcleterman now i know for sure i have a long box half ton.explains 6 stud wheels 52 carl you were correct and 46 inprogress i love the 15 inches smoothes and will phone them friday and see what they have. thankyiu wish you the best in new year. ill keep you posted
