Why do I always do it the hard way???? | | | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 576 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 576 | neither,ihave a 350/350 combo in my 49 with no problems no mods to firewall or floor. check the motor mount and trans mount kits from chassis engineeering in iowa . both should run you about $160.00 they are bolt in with good measurements and clear instructions.......dave
