Found lots of information on under bed tanks, but not exactly what I'm looking for. I would like to remove an after market tank from the bed (original tank removed from cab and after market 50 gal bed tank/tool box istalled by PO) because it traps trash and water and promotes rot on the bed wood. Has anyone installed an under bed tank in a '63 C-10 fleetside between the rails and in front of the rear axle? It looks like I can get a saddle tank of some kind on the right side (dual exhaust will soon run down the other side) but I haven't had any luck locating dimensions on later model vehicle saddle tanks. If there is anyone else out there that has done this, did you have to re-arrange the emergency brake cables? If so, how?
