UN2 carburetor on their 216 or 235? They advertise in some of the car magazines. They stress that their carburetor is fully ethanol resistant. If anyone has any experience please share. Thanks.

The V8 folks have this opportunity but not us with the lowly sixes. | | | | Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 28,674 Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) | Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 28,674 | I've heard they make a good paperweight- - - -almost as good as a Rochester! From "The Big Country" when Gregory Peck is about to mount Old Thunder, and he asks advice from Alfonso Bedoya. The response "DON'T DO IT!!!!!"
The advice is applicable to this thread!
And if you haven't seen the movie, it (opinion) is a great one!

I was not aware of any previous threads on this subject. In fact I only learned of the carb a few days ago. I understand the idea of "one size fits none."

He used the Daytona on both and they work great. | | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 1,915 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 1,915 | Alfonso Bedoya
