I installed one about 6 months ago. The instructions do leave a few things for figuring out. It's basically a "wire by number", but not all the wire numbers are in the instructions. You can figure it out by using some basic deduction, but it can be a little frustrating. In the end it took me only a day and everything turned out great. I would recommend that harness personally based on the low cost and end result.

Don't forget, if one gets a 12 volt harness it will work fine on a 12 volt system, however, a 6 volt system requires thicker wires, so beware.
