on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2019 Posts: 3 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2019 Posts: 3 | Hello
Looking for any information on tires. My truck has 7.5x20 all the way around.
I can get 9.00x20 local for $80 but don’t know if they will work. Only going to put them on the back.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Liquidated my projects Now looking for a decent '47-'55.1 3100, 3600, or 3800

Since you are talking about split rims of some sort, have you checked around locally to see if anyone will mount and dismount them? Have you considered getting tubeless wheels for your new tires?

If it were me I'd put 7.50 Highway on the front and 8.25 M/S on the rear. The 7.50's are about 36.5" tall and the 8.25's are about 39" tall, so the rear tires will change the final gear ratio if you go taller. Mike B
