Can I buy just the one spring with the worn eye (both sides) or should I just replace both of front springs?

bring them the old part, they have stock spring material in all thicknesses and widths to make any shape your heart desires.
special tooling allows then to heat and form a spring eye to any diameter
they can make you a whole new spring assembly or they can rebuild the existing spring assembly and replace only worn leaves and rivet/crimp it all back together for you
the sky is the limit

I meant to say, disassemble the spring stack and replace the main spring with the eyes, then reassemble and re-clamp them together. Or, should I replace the whole spring. Whatever I do I will do it on both sides.

I have one AD with really good springs and another with sagging springs.
Guess which one rides much gentler?

I 2nd replacing the main spring and reusing the rest. Nothing wrong with all new tho, all depends on how deep you want to go into your pockets, LOL.
