I have a 1941 Chevy PU and the drag link needs to either be rebuilt or even replaced. Chevy of the 40s does not have the drag link in stock, but they do have the rebuild kits. I have never rebuilt one of these, is it complicated? I would rather just purchase the total drag link. If anyone might have a suggestion on where to purchase, Id appreciate your help.

The joints at each end have cups and springs that fit around a ball. The ball on the pitman arm and the ball on the steering arm are permanently mounted, and they are not easy to remove. You should take them apart and see if the balls are worn. That way you will know what needs to be done.
