Based on suggestions to move the year, here's a couple of variations on the text: One has the year included after the location, the other has the year on a license plate.

Thanks Kevin, for what you are doing to get a t-shirt design.

2017 was the 13th Reunion and I have proof.
It is on the pink shirts from that year.
So 2019 will be the 15th Annual Reunion.

Please folks, keep giving us your input!

The bit of input I have to give is this, bought the orange "torque spec is in our DNA" shirt last year and absolutely love the front pocket! As well as the quality!

Kevin,
Great work! I like them both.

Don,
I am guessing you are using the "15th Annual Reunion" somewhere on the shirt?

CDW, We hope to have the same shirt with a pocket, but red, with black lettering this year.
John and Kevin are hooked up on PM's to get a design finalized.
I'll be calling Mongo's Sister in law who has done all the shirts in the past.
Get her hooked up with Kevin when a final design is decided.

If it turns out to be the 41 to 46 Victory Truck, I'll need to dig out the 46 2-Ton and load it up.
A thread to order shirts will be started as soon as I get a price quote.

I have two of the Breast Cancer Awareness shirts.
Wear them all the time when the weather permits.
Chicks dig them and the guys are scared of you.
I'll be sporting one at the Reunion this year.

2 years ago we wore the pink shirts and all the truck exhibitors loved them. "It takes a real man to wear pink". We heard that a lot!

I have not put the order in yet and if there is a lot of interest, we can still change the color to hot pink with black lettering..
Input and thoughts are needed!

Pink is over-done, and was used just a couple of years ago. Pick a color that can still be worn in polite society, not just at the Reunion.

Besides, I thought we had already settled on red for this year.

Our T-shirt designer has spoken!
Thanks for working on a design!
Red it is.

For those that don't know, Kevin is a new member and has a sweet 61 Apache and a sweet 60 Impala.
He can also fly and Apache helicopter. So the truck is fitting.

I have PM'd some design elements to John for his approval. When I hear back, we'll have the final design narrowed down!

Based on input from the various stakeholders, the design for the front pocket graphic is complete. We moved the "Stovebolt.com" logo to the front, and included the event iteration and date.

I'm finalizing the back graphic, trying out some different phrases for literary and visual impact.

Hey guy’s the final show flyer is done, a couple things that we missed in the proofreading before it went to print are Gaileens phone number is 816-560-1229 and Pre Entries are $40 not $30 so sorry about that and we’ll get it fixed in the PDF.

Also as many of you have heard the park took quite a hit with the flooding and the construction this year. It was very important to us to keep the show in Riverside and the City of Riverside and Argosy Casino have come to our rescue and we’ll be moving forward for this year right next door to the Argosy in a couple of their parking lots they’ve loaned us.

Thank you for all your patience and our thoughts and prayers are with those who weren’t able to solve their flooding issues so easily.

Where is the best place to stay? I may be pulling a trailer so are there places with accommodations for them?

Phil, the Casino is offering a deal on rooms. See KCMongo’s link to the show flyer posted above. Plenty of room for a trailer. Suggestion, book early. There is also a Super 8 right across the street with ample parking. Y’all have fun.

There should be an area to park trailers. I should have a truck on one, so will also need to drop it somewhere.
And they will have 24 hour security patrolling all weekend.
If it is a camper, Mongo will have to answer that question.

I'll start another thread about lodging soon, have to do a little research first.
But I do like the idea of staying real close.

The advantage I see of staying at the Casino Hotel is no gas to burn running back and forth. You’re close to your stuff and can find a spot after hours to set up lawn chairs and visit. Restaurant on the premises and an abundance of cold beverages if that’s your thing without worrying about a DUI. Entertainment for Ron close at hand.

I like your thinking Martin.
Super 8 hotel is right there also.
A lot cheaper and has some kind of free breakfast.
All Vicki and I need is a place to get a shower and bed down for the night.
Red-X is also close for supplies needed during the event.

More lodging research coming later.

I did some research yesterday and the prices are from $58.00 up to $400.00. The nice thing is they list the drive distance to Argosy and most that I looked at was 4.8 to 6.5 miles from Argosy. I thought Argosy was in the $300.00 range way out of my budget or at least what I am willing to spend. Here is a listing. I don't need to be entertained Martin. a good book, a TV and place to clean up and I am all set. I am a stick in the mud boring person.

Ron the Casino is $139+tax. That’s not much more than we paid at the Drug Hotel we used to stay at. BTW you’re far from a stick in the mud.

Thanks JHR, I tried to use the code "midwest All Truck" and the hotel dude said that it's not set up yet. I'll be calling them tomorrow to see if they fixed it.

Is the Argosy Security going to give us any problems if we are sitting around outside sippin' on a few?

Mongo has not responded to the "Just ask Mongo" thread.
I'm guessing the show will be in the big west parking lot and hope our area will be along the edge somewhere.
Better yet, in the two parking lots on both sides of the hotel!
Then we can set up HQ and the awnings in the grass. Hop Scotch in front of your truck Ron.
Hotel parking should be fine and the only driving I'll do, is Friday and then Saturday morning to get ice at the Red X.
Walk to and from the hotel, until we load up to leave Sunday.

Kevin, you won't regret attending!
If you bring a truck, Great.
If you don't, you will still be part of the knowledge sharing gang!
Most of us will be staying at the Super 8 across the street from the show.
Lawn chairs are required though and it's looking to be a good turnout.
The official Stovebolt meeting will also be held Saturday afternoon.
That is, before the band starts playing.

I'll bring along a box of junk to pass off to other members.

I also need to get my truck loaded. I'm dropping off a bunch of parts in Council Bluffs a few hours before "show time". I also need to get the boat anchor on a pallet, loaded, and strapped down.
