can someone tell me wht the two holes approx 3/8 diameter with flat located to the left and right of the radio holes. i believe the left hole is for the ignition. don't have a clue for the right one. thanks for any help. frank
If you mean 3/4 inch (where the ignition switch goes thru), I believe the one on the right is for an accessory cigarette lighter. On my truck (which didn't have a radio) it had a snap-in plug.

There is a 3/4 in hole on to the right of the hole i am talking about. the 3/8 hole is between the right radio hole and the lighter hole which is about 3/4 inch. thanks
The smaller 3/8 "D" holes holes are usually for push/pull, like the left side choke/throttle. The hole to right of that 3/8 is lighter. That 3/8 is usually plugged.

Also the Jim Carter 54/55st two-tone interior color scheme is a little incorrect, I think.
Thanks for the help. The layout is great. I agree that the two D holes are for the throttle and choke. It is a 54 3100. It had a plug in the lighter hole, but i have replaced it with a 12 volt power outlet. Thanks again for the help. i will be back for more.
