What engine could this truck have? Clean Calif truck for 1300.00. Price is ok, I just want to know engine options that were for this truck.
Is there a better forum for the 60's trucks?

Or on 60's Chevy (and the GMC knockoffs  ) trucks. Just watch out for flashbacks...  According to my 68 manual, 250 was the standard engine, with the 292 as an option, as stated by the gentleman above me.

If the passenger side motor mount is forward of the drivers side mount, you have a 292. While its hard to beat this forum, the ones at http://www.67-72chevytrucks.org/ are more specific to your truck. Good luck! | | |
