Let me start over. I have a 1950 chevy 3100. I am putting the bed on for mark up purpose. I am trying to make sure my bed height is correct by trying to see what the correct distance is from the top of the front bed panel to the belt line under the back window. | | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,059 Renaissance Man | Renaissance Man Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,059 | Are you installing a standard wood bed? The wooden blocks between the frame and the underside of the bed sills dictate the height of the bed.
