The shift lever is located on the driver's side of the tranny. If I sm looking at the driver's side of the tranny, which way do you rotate the linkage shaft to reach PARK? Do I rotate the shaft clockwise or counterclockwise? Thanks!

Just run the lever all the way in that direction and try to move the tailshaft.
