Does anyone have any pictures of the hand throttle connection at the cardbutetor , have the cable bracket but nothing to the valve lever.

I don't have the throttle on my truck (it had it at one time), so I don't have a picture.

See the factory assembly manual, Section 6,Sheet 5.01 for a good diagram.

The attached pic shows the hand throttle connection on a Rochester B carb. You want to leave enough slack in the throttle cable so as to not effect idle and normal operation when not using the hand throttle.

My wire goes thru the loop of the cotter pin that was bent horizontal, no hangup whatsoever when the linkage is advanced. On the bottom side of the loop is a sliding brass fitting with set screw that tightens to the wire. I think its original factory.
