The fenders have a "golfball" size hole in the front below the headlight.
What are the small holes? Panel front fenders?

1/2 ton front fenders are the same for all models of GMC light trucks (1/2 - 1 ton trucks)

I have a '49 and a '52 Chevrolet with a GMC front fender on each one of them. All I had to do was weld a patch inside the parking lot holes.
