But this rig looks like it's straight hydraulic brakes. Is it possible to convert these hydraulic axles to air? I don't really know how air works.
Is it possible? Can I do it or should I try a truck shop?
Or should I just re-plumb for Hydraulic. I'm really liking the air brakes though.

You will need a driver's license authorization for air.
Pretty easy to get all new juice brake parts, and a whole lot easier.

'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed. '55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.

The reason it's not easy to do a body swap is because one truck is an LCF style and the other is a conventional cab. The front axle is in a very different spot.
Gents I understand the "anything with enough money" but what I don't get is what scale you're talking about. 10,000? because that's obviously not an option at that price. But if it were $1500, I would entertain that. I understand that the actuation is different, but are the drums and pads and everything else different? Could I just pull the whole brake assemblies off the axles and swap them? I just don't know how universal they are.

With all new parts or a combination of donor and new $1500 won't even get you in the ballpark. Like Ed recommended, try to find a rig that you can swap axles and the rest of the air system.
