I have questions, is the bumper from a big bolt to a 1/2 ton the same size top to bottom minus the extra notch. If the notch was filled in would this guard fit a 1/2 ton. thanks in advance

I have one of those grill guards for the 1/2 ton bumper. The contour for the bumper is 5-1/2 inches wide (where your red arrows are), same as the width of the bumper. I don't know how wide the big bolt bumper is (I am away from my COE right now). Hope this helps.
