Steering Expenses:
1. steering box and bracket
2. hoses and pulley
3. steering u-joints and Double D shaft
4. Column if not using original
5. power steering pump and bracket

I would think your only problem will be clearance between the engine and steering box if you go with a kit that mounts the box on the engine side of the frame by the exhaust manifold. I would go with the kit that mounts the box on the outside of the frame ahead of the axle. You'll have to cut an access hole for the steering shaft to pass through up to the column. Several vendors sell the v-8 power steering brackets and hoses.

The power brakes kit can be purchased from several vendors which mounts the booster/master cylinder under the floor.

Expenses for this conversion are:
1. booster/master cylinder kit with bracket
2. new lines
3. adjustable proportioning valve and residual pressure valves "depending on disc/drum set-up"
4. change exhaust pipe routing by booster.

if you want to spend big bucks go to www.flamingriver.com they make an electric that bypasses the extra pump.
