With the help of my torch, etc I was able to come up with the following. Oh and before I hooked it up to the engine hoist, I slid it under the truck, stood it upright and connected the chain which was already bolted to the gearbox, to the engine hoist hook. SM420 standAlso, in the 4th pic you can see two wires connected to my backup light switch. Another project I had tons of fun in doing.

1948 3/4-Ton 5-Window Flatbed Chevrolet 33 Years. Now with a '61 261, 848 head, Rochester Monojet carb, SM420 4-speed, 4.10 rear, dual reservoir MC, Bendix up front, 235/85R16 tires, 12-volt w/alternator, electric wipers and a modern radio in the glove box.
