I've been able to get a lot done to my 1952 GMC 470 series COE project this past 8, or 9 months. Swapped the Holmes Heavy Duty W35 Wrecker over from the 48 Chevrolet COE it was on, over to my 52 GMC COE.

Looking REAL good!
Just curious--what was the reason for switching it?

The reason for the switch was that the GMC was a much better truck, than the Chevy, plus the Ernest Holmes installation catalogs suggested that the Heavy Duty model W35, and W45 Wreckers be installed on truck chassis of 2 1/2 tons, or larger. Of course that didn't always happen. My GMC, is a 3 1/2 ton truck. Thanks for the compliments.

Those wheel adapters on the front are nice, too.
