I just did mine and had the same problem. There is a metal tube the bolt goes through ( inside the rubber) and the bolt is likely rusted into the tube making it a larger diameter than the hole in the floor. This tube is also probably stuck solid into the rubber mount. I used an impact wrench (alternately tightening then loosening) to break it free. I also was replacing the floor pans so air chiseled (carefully)the spot welds from the large "washer" the bolt drops through and then had to cut the bolt off after I got it out so I could re-use the washer.

Did you get those bolts out yet? I had the right front one stuck on my 64. I am guessing that the moisture got down in there and rusted the sleeve and stuff together to the point it would not budge. I ended up getting a large drill bit and drilling down through the head of the bolt. Once I got though the head of the bolt that thing was a goner. The bit was about the same size of the bolt, so that let me chisile it the rest of the way off and was able to lift the cab off. With the cab out of the way I finnished if off with the hammer.

At any rate I was pretty frustrated last week when I realized that the vacation was about over and I did not get 1/10 of the stuff done I had planned. Man this body work stuff goes so so so slow for me. Once I got all my metal work done, I spent at least 12 hours on one door.. Mix filler, spread, sand... sand... more filler, sand... Then on top of all that I still feel like it is not as straight as I would like. Maybe it is just my inexperience causing extra work. Anyway.. good luck.
