I just started to replace the angle strips in the box of my 52 and the old strips had about a ½” bow downwards in the centre. The side panels are straight and all the spot welds were solid, it would have to come from factory like that, it shouldn’t be should it? The two cross sills are bowed to the centre as well, but the floor boards seemed level. Anybody have this when working on their box? I know my dad uses to load up the truck pretty good but hey.
