My '46 half tons frame seems to be out of alinement. I believe the rear passenger side must have taken a hit sometime in its life. What is the best way to check for "squareness" and how do you "true" the frame back up? They found what they thought was a bent frame causing the problem. I don't know where in AZ you are located but the spring shop recommended Gilbert Collision (in Gilbert, AZ, of course). I took the truck there and they pulled the bed, put the truck on their hydraulic frame staightener. Now, the truck sits nice and pretty. They thought the truck had been hit on the right side in the past, probably prompting the restoration it had 15-17 years ago by a PO. my frame is bent just a touch, the right side frame rail is 1/8 of an inch shorter than the left side.
When i installed my IFS, i split the difference by 1/16 of an inch,,, the truck drives straight down the road, doesnt wander or pull..
