Has anybody heard of perhaps a mid-year switch it is a GMC by the way.

The cab serial number FC 102 106718
It's a half ton long box on a half ton long box frame,. I would be surprised if a person could find a new half ton long box frame to put a half ton long box cab onto. As from what I understand they have some long box GMC was fairly rare.
