1. Batt to relay
2. Single wire off the steering column to relay
3. Wire from relay to horn.
4. Horn grounded to frame.
I tried this and it doesn't work. If I run the switch wire on the relay to the positive post, I can hear the relay click. Horn only sounds if I cross the switch wire and the negative from the battery directly the positive post.

I figured it out though. The relay chassis needs to be grounded. Works like a champ now!
