Ok. So I've got a negative ground system. Tell me if this should work.
1. Batt to relay
2. Single wire off the steering column to relay
3. Wire from relay to horn.
4. Horn grounded to frame.
I tried this and it doesn't work. If I run the switch wire on the relay to the positive post, I can hear the relay click. Horn only sounds if I cross the switch wire and the negative from the battery directly the positive post.
